What this site does

EFDA HOHAYE, LLC publishes educational information about homeowner rights and responsible HOA governance. The principles are general guidance, with separately identified Florida legal references. The site is not an official HOA portal and does not publish private association records.

Contact information

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message, with optional role and association or community details. When you submit, your browser sends those details to FormSubmit, a third-party form service, for forwarding to efdahohayellc@gmail.com, a Gmail inbox used by EFDA HOHAYE, LLC to handle inquiries and replies.

FormSubmit processes the submission and provides its spam check and result page. Its privacy policy (PDF) applies to that processing. FormSubmit’s documentation states that submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. Email copies and correspondence may remain in the business inbox; that archive period does not delete inbox copies. Gmail processing is covered by Google’s privacy policy.

Keep initial messages general and leave out private homeowner records, protected personal information, and sensitive dispute details. You can also email us directly. To ask about information you have sent, contact efdahohayellc@gmail.com.

Browsing and page controls

The site has no visitor accounts, newsletter signup, payment processing, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts. Its own pages and scripts do not set cookies or use browser storage. Guide checkboxes are temporary page controls. The copy-question button writes the displayed question to your clipboard only when you press it. The contact form uses a standard form submission; no third-party form scripts load while you browse these pages. FormSubmit and its spam-check providers may process technical information or use cookies when you continue to their service.

Hosting and third-party websites

Hosting providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP addresses and request details, depending on the deployed service and its configuration. We do not promise that infrastructure providers process no visitor data. External links take you to websites with their own policies.
